Mr. Aditya Mittal is working as an Senior Associate at L.S. Davar & Co. He is a registered Advocate (PH/4421/2021) and a registered patent agent (IN/PA- 4429). Aditya’s practice spans counselling, enforcement, prosecution, and litigation for Intellectual property matters at the firm. As a registered patent attorney, his areas of expertise include prosecuting and drafting patent applications across different areas of technology. As a part of the IP practice, he also helps clients with pre-grant and post-grant oppositions. Aditya works closely with companies, international as well as domestic, as well as academic institutes/ universities, start-ups, etc. in protecting and managing their IP portfolios in India. Aditya completed his LLB from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and B. Tech from Thapar University, Patiala.
