Tech) in Information Technology, LL.B. (Hons in IPR) from IIT Kharagpur and LL.M. from Jindal Global Law School. He is also a registered patent agent and registered Advocate. He primarily handles patent drafting, filing and prosecution in the field of electronics, communications and computer engineering. He is also part of the litigation team and handles patent enforcement matters at various courts across India. He also has a keen interest in the area of data privacy, and Information Technology Law. He comes from a strong techno legal background and has a 360-degree view of the IP industry, having worked with in-house IP teams as well as top-tier large and mid-sized IP boutique firms. He has experience in handling patent matters in wide technology areas such as 4G/5G communication, 5G RAN architecture, image processing techniques, power generation and transmission, autonomous vehicles, electrical vehicles, machine learning, data classification, antenna systems, cloud computing, semiconductors, DDR controllers, data structures, data analytics, Fintech, digital payments, IoT devices, OTT platforms, streaming media, optical devices, biomedical equipment and blockchain. He has demonstrated experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, analytics, and contentious matters. He also contributes to fostering the innovation eco-system in India by writing for prestigious magazines and blogs, and also being a part of IP advisory boards of educational institutions as well as delivering knowledge-sharing sessions.
