Mr. Vikas Bheemanadhuni joined L. S. Davar & Co in 2023 as a Senior Associate. He has 6 years of experience working with Intellectual Property Rights. He is experienced in patent analytics (i.e., patentability opinions, freedom to operate, invalidation, due diligence and infringement analysis) and prosecution of patent applications in various fields of technology comprising wireless communications, electronics, physics and software-related technologies in various jurisdictions such as US, EP, AU, UK, and IN.
Mr. Vikas graduated in Electronics and Communication from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) in 2014, and received his Master’s Degree in Advanced Communication systems, from the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, in 2017. He has worked in the patent department of different law firms and is a Registered Patent Agent.
