Mr. Vikramjeet enrolled with the bar in the year 2012 and has a wide variety of experience appearing before various courts and fora including NGT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC, RERA, District Courts of Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Jalandhar & Nasik and High Court of Delhi. Has been appointed as Court Commissioner thrice by Hon’ble NGT, twice to cross-check and report on illegal extraction of underground water on a large scale by Builders in Delhi NCR and once as Court Receiver to take possession of a secured asset. Has also assisted Court Commissioners in various IPR-related raids across India. Started handling IPR matters from the year 2015 onwards. Filed various Appeals, and Rectification Petitions before IPAB and thereafter before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi. Filed & handled several Infringement suits independently before the District Court of Delhi as well Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
