Mr. Vivek Shandilya is a registered advocate and a patent agent with expertise in intellectual property law at L.S. Davar & Co. He holds an LLB (Hons) degree in Intellectual Property Law from IIT Kharagpur and a B.Tech degree from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. With experience in litigation and patent prosecution, he has been involved in several landmark patent cases and has dealt with legal drafting, patent drafting, oppositions, office actions and infringement analysis. As an engineer, he also has had a stint with the power distribution sector under the state PSU.
