Mrs. Suman Lata Prasad is a Managing Associate with around 12 years of experience in IPR. She did her MTech in Biotechnology from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. She earned her LLB from the University of Delhi. She is a Registered Patent Agent at the Indian Patent Office and enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi as an Advocate. She works in various technical fields related to biotechnology, agriculture technology, pharmaceutical, petroleum chemistry, applied chemistry and process chemistry. She is involved in the drafting and prosecution of patent applications. She attends hearings before the Indian Patent Office. She is also involved in drafting Pre-Grant Opposition, Freedom-To-Operate (FTO) and Patentability search, analysis and opinion.
