Ms. Aishwarya Chatterjee pursued her B.A.LLB (Hons) from the Department of Law, Calcutta University and was called to the Bar in the year 2018. Having practiced at the High Court in Calcutta for three and a half years, she joined L. S. Davar and Co. as a Trademark and Design Associate. At L. S. Davar and Co., she advises and assists clients with respect to trademarks and designs prosecution including conducting searches, filing of applications, responding to office actions/provisional refusal, and arguing before the Trade Marks Office and Design Office. She also has in-depth experience in drafting well-researched opinions and pleadings. She is an avid writer and regularly writes articles on varied IP-related topics for the firm.
