Ms. Akanksha Saha has pursued BA.LLB (H) from the Amity Law School, Kolkata and graduated in the Year 2022. Intellectual Property Rights has been her specialization paper in law school. She is currently working as an Associate in the Trademarks and Designs Department in L.S. Davar & Co., Kolkata (Head Office). She is well-versed in various IP laws pertaining to copyright, trademark and designs. She has dealt with and worked on the filing of design registration applications, prosecution matters of the trademark including conducting of trademark public search and preparing search opinions, prepared replies to Examination Reports and Provisional Refusals of domestic and international trademark applications designating India respectively as well as worked on opposition matters of trademarks including the filing of a notice of opposition.
