Mrs. Ragini Ghosh is a qualified advocate at L.S. Davar & Co. having about 7+ years of experience in the field of IP, specializing in IP Enforcement, Domains, and Anti-Counterfeiting.
She has done her Master’s degree (LL.M.) from Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universitat, Hannover, Germany, and her LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Prior to that, she did her schooling and BA (Hons.) degree from Kolkata.
She is an active member of the INTA and regularly participates in their various committees, including the Anti-Counterfeiting Committee, more recently have been selected to be a part of the Non-Traditional Trademarks Committee in 2022-23.
She has written and peer-reviewed articles published in noted online publications such as Mondaq, Lexology and the INTA Bulletin, and have taken part in several conferences organized by INTA, FICCI, and INTERPOL.
